  • Manage payroll in compliance with all existing governmental and labor requirements
  • Ensure the system is updated with the respective payroll changes and provide Reports
  • Monitor all medical insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave and Prepare Necessary Reports
  • Review payroll payments and account reconciliations.
  • Develop plans and proposals for employee’s compensation and benefits.
  • Support to resolve payroll related issues.
  • Liaise with Finance the auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
  • Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on all employee loans in adherence to loan policy and management approval.
  • Prepare reports as well as different analytical reports that management can use to assess company performance and set department and company-wide goals.
