Job Description
  • Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
  • Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet
  • Managing and maintaining the file servers
  • Operating the firewall for the organization
  • Monitoring the internet connection for security risks
  • Employing the latest security protocols
  • Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain CRM and HR systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or any of its equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Expertise in systems management.
  • Strong Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Share, GPO, Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2012.
  • Perform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy management.
  • Strong Knowledge & Previous Experience in managing and administration of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365 Suites (SharePoint Online, Planner, Teams, One Drive….).
  • Helpdesk knowledge to support Operating Systems Win 7, 10 as needed.
  • Ability to be updated with new technologies and software updates.
  • Connectivity and communication skills.
