Graduate Program Details
Position: Graduate Internship
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: Paid
Work Hours: USA business Hours. Timezone: EST PST CST or MST

Responsibilities

  • Explore various facets of our business including operations and functional support to develop a comprehensive understanding

  • Collaborate with internal team members to review processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work alongside the team to implement proposed solutions and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts

  • Compile organize and format data in MS Excel to create informative reports for analysis

  • Conduct market research on ongoing business trends within the health tech industry understanding the market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking

  • Providing reports and updates on sales pipeline activities and results to management supported by strong qualitative analysis and quantitative storytelling

  • Work closely with the team on daytoday monitoring of all business functions assisting in the execution and implementation of crossfunctional project solutions primarily involving Sales Marketing Events Training Planning and GoToMarket teams



Requirements

  1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)

  2. Recently completed a degree in Business Administration Management or a related field

  3. Excellent English written and oral communication and presentation skills

  4. Experience in event planning and project management


General Requirements
  1. Completed a Bachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Masters or PhD program.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
  3. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment.
  5. Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer reliable internet connection quiet conducive space).
