Job Description

Managing the account with all operations internally and externally and generally handle employee relations, training and development, recruitment, organizational development, and talent management.

Account Management:

  • Create and execute an operational plan for the account.
  • Provide a quarter objectives report for the client with approval from the senior advisor.
  • Provide monthly objective reports for the senior advisor to check the progress.

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process and manpower planning.
  • Responsible for attracting a qualified pool of candidates
  • Responsible for screening and filtering resumes for each position
  • Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Issuing Offer Letters for accepted candidates
  • Sending thank you Emails to rejected candidates
  • Enhance Employer branding

On-boarding & training:

  • Send employee tickets to Administration and IT departments.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Complete hiring documents of new hires.
  • Design training programs for the employees to enhance the performance

Performance Management:

  • Responsible for the performance management process.
  • Managing & enhancing the performance of employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Engage the employees and build a great work environment between management and employees.
  • Providing OD suggestions to enhance the process flow and business direction.
  • Coordinate QA reports with the account’s senior advisor.
