We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and confident telesales representative to join our growing team in the IT industry. This role will involve selling IT products and services to businesses and individuals over the phone. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and driving sales by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate IT solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Understand the needs of potential customers and recommend the best IT solutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about IT products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
- Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (preferably in IT).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- A basic understanding of IT products and services (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B or B2C telesales, particularly in IT or technology.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
