POSITION SUMMARY

Our main goal is to create memorable experiences for our guests, to go beyond a simple check-in or check-out process. We want our guests to have a unique and outstanding stay. Our Guest Experience Experts are responsible for providing a wide variety of services to ensure our guests have a seamless experience throughout their time with us. From handling operational needs to fulfilling guest requests and offering insights about the local area, our Guest Experience Experts play a crucial role in making every interaction part of a memorable stay.

  • Create a safe work environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Uphold quality standards
  • Ensure a professional appearance and communication

Guest Experience Experts should be ready to be on the move, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and should be comfortable with hands-on tasks like lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties efficiently and any other reasonable task requested is vital for Guest Experience Experts to consistently deliver exceptional service to both our guests and our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Related Work Experience: Not required

Supervisory Experience: Not required

License or Certification: Not required
