POSITION SUMMARY

First impressions matter a lot. When guests check-in at our hotels, we aim to leave a memorable mark. The same goes for departures. We want our guests to leave with a smile on their face, feeling well taken care of during their entire stay. We strive to create an outstanding and unique experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Our Guest Arrival Experts are proactive in providing a wide array of services to assist guests throughout their arrival and departure. They are given the autonomy to move around freely and handle various tasks. Whether it's addressing guest needs, fulfilling operational requirements, compiling reports, or offering insights about the local area, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures that every interaction adds value to the guest experience.

No matter what role you are in, certain aspects are crucial for success – maintaining a safe environment, adhering to company policies, preserving confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance in terms of uniform, grooming, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts are expected to be constantly on the move (standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods) and actively engaged in their duties (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning items weighing up to 50 pounds unaided, and items exceeding 75 pounds with assistance). Executing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable job tasks as required) is fundamental for Guest Arrival Experts to consistently deliver exceptional service to our guests and contribute to the success of our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

Related Work Experience: No prior relevant work experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No previous supervisory roles held.

License or Certification: Not mandatory
