POSITION SUMMARY

Handle all guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone, email, chat, and mobile devices. Operate telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and direct calls appropriately. Take messages accurately, log guest requests/issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Share information on room features, amenities, and local attractions. Assist with room service, menu inquiries, and guest entertainment access.

Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, uphold privacy, and provide excellent customer service. Greet and assist guests, communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and support team goals. Meet quality standards, verify information, and perform various physical tasks as needed. Respond to Supervisor requests accordingly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No relevant work experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory background necessary.

License or Certification: Not mandatory
