POSITION SUMMARY

- Ensure team collaboration to provide top-notch service and meet guest needs.

  • Inspect staff grooming and attire and address any issues.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks, including preparing supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing premises.
  • Check storage areas for organization and cleanliness.
  • Monitor dining areas for guest well-being and service quality.
  • Assist in staff management tasks such as hiring, training, and scheduling.

- Follow company policies, report any incidents, and maintain a professional appearance.

- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance with a positive attitude.

- Foster a positive work environment, support team goals, and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience of minimum 1 year.
  • No specific license or certification required.
