The Media Relations Senior Executive will perform fundamental Media tasks such as media outreach and press material development. S/he must also have strong research, writing and editing skills.

  • Manage the files of all the media relations activities.

  • Provide external intelligence on client or industry news relevant to our client base.
  • Manage all client master files, each file should include (a standard media list for that client, their corporate fact sheet, profiles, biographies, and press releases).
  • Manage the photo library of each client and all media relations plans and followup reports on events.
  • Proofread/edit & Translate all media relations materials in Arabic & English.
  • Follow up with the media concerning all their requests
  • Manage the media registration forms for all events
  • Manage the workload of the Media relations coordinator/executive
  • Supervise the media database and make sure that his team is updating it regularly.
  • Assist in developing media relations plans and proposals
  • Manage the followup report after any media event.
  • Work closely with MR Manager/Deputy Manager.
  • Manage his/her time and meet deadlines.
  • Research any new publications that appear in the market that can be relevant to clients.
  • Manage Event Calendar.
  • Determine the best Media Relations systems required in order to stay in line with industry standards and developments.
