Implement all relevant procedures & instructions covering related activities so that relevant work requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.


  • Set daily and/or weekly priorities in line with the related activities.

Creative Design:

  • Supervise the creative designs and concepts for multiple client's project accounts on various marketing platforms.
  • Supervise multiple projects at a time and execute against tight deadlines.
  • Attend meetings with account managers to discuss and obtain the client's requirements on creative designs.
  • Collaborate with account managers to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements.
  • Ensure creative designs are aligned to the client brand and campaign style to meet client's expectations.
  • Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas, approves or rejects ideas, and provides feedback to the creative team.
  • Ensure creative designs is coordinated with the content team to correctly flowed into content.
  • Collaborate with the project team throughout the account project lifecycle, from conceptual brainstorming to the evolution of creative designs to meet or exceeds client requirements.

People Management:

  • Supervise subordinates to ensure they fulfil their duties in the assigned account.
  • Ensure workload is balanced between staff and freelancers.
  • Provide guidance to reporting staff to ensure they have the necessary skill base to perform against or above expected performance level.
  • Set staff individual objectives and provide feedback and appraisal assessment.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop & maintain effective relations with content & creative agencies in order to ensure that the appropriate level of services is obtained to the best advantage of SMAAT

Reports:

  • Preparation of periodical reports to keep management informed about the progress of business and/or issues and to facilitate decision making.
Minimum - 6 years of relevant experience in a creative design role. Preferable within a digital marketing business environment. At least 3 years track record spent in a supervisory creative design position. Bachelor degree in advertisement or related field.
  • Effective knowledge in creative concepts, graphic designs, and brand development.
  • Excellent understanding of the different creative designs that appeal to various target markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suit, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms - Very good people management skills - Effective communication skills in Arabic & English
