Key duties include:

  • Manage various Human Resources activities such as employee relations, budgeting, performance management, compliance, compensation, and training
  • Administer onboarding and conduct orientation for new hires for assigned business units
  • Counsel and/or coach employees and managers regarding employee relations issues to ensure quick and equitable resolution of employee and/or management problems
  • Administer exit interviews and off-boarding process
  • Provide strategic support to talent acquisition with recruitment activities
  • Work closely with all levels of management to facilitate organizational development activities, while coordinating performance improvement plans and individual employee training plans
  • Coordinate with human resources team members to ensure cross divisional alignment of company-wide policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/ADA and other legal requirements


Requirements
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • In-depth knowledge of employment-related regulations required
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources management preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • PHR/SPHR and or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
  • Ability to travel occasionally
