  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional skills through ongoing training and development initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Marketing agencies experience is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales specialist
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
