  • Lead and participate in full life-cycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financials for Projects (PJM).
  • Analyze business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • Configure Oracle EBS financial modules to meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions where necessary.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle Financial applications. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance teams, IT departments, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Implement industry best practices to optimize financial processes and systems.
