We are currently seeking a dedicated Classroom Teacher who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact on children's lives.



Responsibilities:

  • Address the unique needs of each child
  • Engage in fun and affectionate interactions
  • Maintain open communication with parents
  • Occasionally sing and dance with the children
  • Ensure active engagement with the children
  • Stay alert and respond promptly to any situations

The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, 9 am-6 pm)
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
  • Self-motivation and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and patience
  • Flexibility, energy, and a proactive approach


We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an early learning center preferred, but attitude is prioritized over experience
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, respond quickly to children in motion, move between sitting and standing positions, and handle diaper changes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) or higher preferred

Compensation: $11-13 per hour
