Sales and Marketing Assistant. You will support the management through mid-level administrative and creative tasks. Your job duties include working on projects focused on optimizing company revenue and customer outreach.

You often compile reports from statistical and financial data sources, and you may be called upon to create social media content on behalf of the company or client.

Working to support creative teams, you help with the creation of content consistent with the brand and campaign messaging.

You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, as well as attending vendor events.

A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for sales and marketing management duties
- keep our promotional materials up to date, ensuring our digital price list is current and the information on our social media platforms is accurate

  • Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions
  • Update our social media and digital price list
  • Assist the sales team
  • Handle incoming calls and other sales and marketing communications
  • Have the willingness to learn new sales techniques and creative marketing skill
  • Greet clients and vendors as needed
  • Coordinate marketing events as necessary
  • Attend and represent the company in vendor events

Experience & Education

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English/Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills

  • Communication, organizational, and time management skills
Work location is within Egypt/Cairo with the flexibility of Remote Working within Cairo
