We are in need of a Business Development Specialist who will explore the nation, locate hiring companies, arrange sales calls, and identify private practice opportunities in clinical settings for 1 or 2 doctors.

You will collaborate with the top provider for Optometry board reviews, utilized by 98% of Optometry students nationwide since 2010. They offer services to optometry students for prepping for their Board exams and mock clinical exams while in school.



Qualifications required for success:

  • Identify, originate, and contact private-practice employers in specified cities to understand optometrist hiring needs
  • Conduct online research on private practices and individuals to discover potential employer prospects
  • Reach out to potential employer-customers via email and phone to establish connections and schedule sales pitch meetings
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy with potential customers
  • Effectively communicate with private practice staff at critical stages
  • Promote our job-match service accurately
  • Establish and manage a contact database for the assigned area
  • Collaborate with the employer liaison to target serious inquiries and finalize sales agreements
