PACE is a structured Engineering Development Programme, designed to fast track the development of fresh graduates and qualified internal talents to future engineering leaders.

The 24-month programme's training plan encompasses 2 phases.


The first phase is a 9-month duration with a mix of competency and skills development enhancing the participant's technical and competency skills.


The second phase is a 15-month duration consisting of 80% technical and 20% administrative learnings to strengthen technical, administrative, and managerial skills in the day-to-day engineering operations.


During the program, the participants will gain on-the-job experience acquiring practical skills and knowledge, presenting a technical project at the end of each phase, towards their development to future engineering leadership positions.

What are we looking for?


As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities.

These are detailed as follows;

  • First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
  • Completed a Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering related Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent by August 202
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Eligibility to work anywhere within Egypt.
  • Full mobility across Egypt, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
  • Be mobile across the MEA region after completing the program.
  • Availability to start fulltime employment as of 2nd of September 202
