10+ years experience in mall management.
Client reporting and tenants collaboration and solving problems.
Reporting and scalation of incidents to the property owner/rep.
Monthly reports preparation.
Proposing solutions to improve operations for visitors/customer experience inside the property.
Overall management of JLL team onsite and scope of contract.
Leadership and communication skills.
