Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.

  • Design and build highperformance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
  • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, Lightning Components, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
  • Document and develop code according to specifications and best practice standards.
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity.
  • Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident selfstarter).
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
  • Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
  • Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
  • Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
  • Build loyalty program logic using all necessary tools available on Salesforce.
  • Build reports and dashboards.
  • Keep in mind simplicity in UI for enhanced customer experience (user would be either marketing executive or manager).
  • Integrate with external webservices/API.
  • Develop and document APIs to be consumed by Client's system.
  • Use Salesforce as a Middleware between Client's API and third party AI engine API.
  • Adherer to scum implementation to deliver iterative and continuous solutions.
  • Knowledge on Salesforce Einstein and Salesforce Pardot would be a plus.

Requirements:

  • Sales and Service Cloud with more focus on the latter.
  • Salesforce integration technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs, and web services.
  • Apex Class, Workflows, Flows, Process Builders, lightning components.
  • Visualforce page development.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and provide advice/guidance on Salesforce solutions.
  • Good problemsolving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
  • Lightning component development, Lightning design development.
  • Handson experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
  • 4 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
  • Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in writing business requirement documents and handover documentation.
  • Excellent in English (verbal and writing).
  • Good knowledge of JS.
  • Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge on setting up cloud based environments on either Azure of AWS.
