To further strengthen our team and cater to our growing portfolio, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager - Fit Out to join us at our office in Cairo, Egypt.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fit-out projects, including scoping, planning, design management, tendering, procurement, construction, and handover.
Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Establish project goals, develop project plans, and create schedules to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial reports to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial limits.
Coordinate and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and timely execution.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project quality, progress, and compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize potential disruptions.

Maintain effective communication channels with clients, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and any changes or issues that may arise.

Ensure compliance with JLL's project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to fit-out projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out project management, preferably within a consultancy or real estate firm.
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction practices, building codes, regulations, and quality standards in Egypt.
Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, make sound decisions, and manage project risks.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.
