Assistant Recruitment Managers are the responsible for developing teams of assigned Recruitment Assistants and Recruiters in order to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality by providing them guidance, coaching, support and motivation on a day-to-day basis. Assistant Recruitment Managers are responsible for teams’ success and continuous improvement ensuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives. 

Job Requirements

Education
Higher Education Degree - preferential
Native in First Language
Fluency in English


Work Experience
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection;
Previous experience in Call Center Environment – preferential;
Previous experience in Management – preferential.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
