Job Description

  • Follow up with daily news on the Saudi stock market. 
  • Update and review all listed and unlisted profile data (basic info, business info, subsidiary information, company developments, new shareholders) 
  • Update Organizational structure, salaries, and bonuses. 
  • Check for more info on organizational structure in the CVs. 
  • Create new companies and collect all available information for their profiles. 
  • preparing quarterly and annual reports. 
  • Review the annual reports and board of directors’ reports for updates. 
  • Handle any additional tasks from the manager. 

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English 
  • Bachelor's degree -Faculty of Business or Commerce, Economics, and Political Science. 
  • Background in the Saudi Arabia Market is preferred 
  • Experience 1- 3 Years
