Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and involves recording expenses, participating in closing procedures, generating financial reports, processing accounts payable transactions, and conducting account reconciliations.

Accountabilities:

Receive and record marketing activities and customer service operations expenses, as well as plumbers' expenses and entitlements, ensuring validity and compliance with company standards, and recording them in SAP.Participate in final closing procedures by following up with SAP users to ensure completion of entries and records, enabling the execution of depreciation, foreign currency devaluation, or revaluation on all accounts via SAP codes.Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and in compliance with finance policies and procedures, including invoices and staff reimbursements.Assist in implementing changes in the chart of accounts (COA) to provide clarifications on requested financial periods and facilitate access to the company's financial information, in coordination with the General Accounting Manager.Review entries before interfacing the general and subsidiary ledgers via the SAP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.Perform monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries as necessary to maintain accurate financial records.Conduct general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employer's benefit costs, accruals, and prepaid expenses, resolving resolving discrepancies as needed
Academic & professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years in general ledger accounting or related roles.Experience in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to generate and interpret financial reports.Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work as part of a team.Language Proficiency : Good Command  of English (spoken and written)
