We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager. In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery. As an SDLM (Service Delivery Line Manager), you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies. You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements. All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
You will
Lead Experienced Solution Architects (SA) and System Integrators (SIs) that are distributed across North Middle East Africa Fulfil SAs and SIs for the different projects and sales opportunities in the geographical area North Middle East Africa related to Communication Services and Cloud infrastructure portfolio. Responsible for team members competence build up in Communication Services and Cloud infrastructure portfolio Responsible for the Utilization and Billability of the team members and ensure that it meets the Organizational targets Support in the Resource forecast leveraging on the sales funnel and the proper understanding of the need during the project execution Ensure meeting organizational hygiene monthly for time reporting and zero missing hours Set Individual Performance Goals and Development goals for each team member that ensures the fulfilment of the domain growth objectives. Follow up on Individual Performance Goals regularly with individual team members and set performance improvement plan when necessary. Secure the right training to ensure growing the competence of the team members. Apply the proper delivery model and right delivery efficiency. Ensure the right booking of the different projects on the right P-codes of the respective domain Collaborate and work closely with the Support organization to find the root cause analysis of key and critical problems/CSRs and issues by providing domain expertise and involving the right support from Design unit, and global Solution Areas. Support in Communication Services and Cloud Infrastructure automation development and adoption not limited to onboarding projects to Rosetta, automated Upgrade using Rosetta, Automatic acceptance testing, CI/CD, Automate design and integration, etc. Prepare service delivery assets and promote the adoption of the global assets developed by the respective Solution area and Service delivery organization. Report MA needs on specific assets development. Drive the growth by identifying new leads, opportunities and add on sales.
To be successful in the role you must have
University degree in Engineering/ICT, Higher university such as an MBA considered a merit Strong personal track record, including Leadership roles and minimum 10 years of Experience in sales, Presales and delivery Track record for working in high energy, customer-centric and performance-driven organization Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring Responsible for delivering results & meeting customer expectations Leading & Supervising. Coping with pressures & setbacks Presentation & communication, Teamwork & collaboration skills Market insight Strong track record delivering CS Core, IMS, Smart Calling, Signaling and NFVI/CNIS Solutions preferable. Strong technical competences around Ericsson Communication Services and Cloud Infrastructure Portfolio
