What will you be doing?
Oversee and manage all inventory processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing stock.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is updated in real-time.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Work closely with the production team to forecast inventory needs based on manufacturing schedules and production forecasts.Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support uninterrupted manufacturing processes.Analyze inventory usage patterns and adjust stock levels to align with manufacturing demands.Identify and implement improvements to inventory control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Ensure that all inventory items are stored and handled according to quality standards to prevent damage or deterioration.Conduct regular checks to ensure that stock meets the required quality specifications.What are we looking for?Holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/FinanceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Stock Controller within FMCG Manufacturing IndustryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.At Lychee, we recognize and appreciate the unique strengths that each individual brings to our team.
