Responsibilities:
Receiving, reviewing, and replying to the clients' legal inquiry emails. Giving suitable legal advice to the clients and associates in coordination with the external legal attorney where needed. Replying to the trademark rejection and filing a petition to complete the legal procedure to reach the final registration. Filling an opposition and counter opposition against trademarks based on clients inquiries and instructions. Sending a legal cease and desist waring letter where an infringement cases arises.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience. Bachelor of Law (English Section). Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong attention to details and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 📍
