Job Description
- Study the production plan and prepare requirements related to it.
- Apply and follow up the production plan to achieve maximum productivity.
- Implement plans and actions to achieve quality targets.
- Handle production line stoppage and follow up on any complications that might arise and take the adequate actions in order to prevent any stoppage.
- Recommend and solve any accidental or frequent production problems or any bottleneck.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible.
- Ensure that the production is cost effective.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as needed. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in Chemistry
- +5 years of experience in electrostatic powder coatings.
- Paints and Coats expertise, Preferably has worked in the metal engineering industries field.
- Advanced proficiency in Production Management and operational leadership.
- A strong foundation in Quality Control methodologies and implementation.
- Proven ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles and drive Process Optimization.
- Exceptional Team Leadership and talent development skills.
- Experience with Budget Management and resource allocation.
- Thorough understanding of Safety Regulations and compliance within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Material Science relevant to coats and paints.
