Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for handling an end-to-end sales process, starting from approaching clients to providing after-sales services.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating new leads and approaching them.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders, and critical decision makers.
- Promote the company’s portfolio to the new and existing customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.
- Providing proper samples to the customers to ensure products’ quality.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products in coordination with the logistics team.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure the payment collection.
- Handles any after-sales issues received from the clients and submits them to the specialized team.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
- Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, samples, and account communication using the company’s CRM.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
- Keeping clients updated with new products & services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or any relevant field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in chemicals/raw material sales for Oil & Gas (Process Engineers & R&D Engineers are welcomed to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good command of English
