Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Alexandria, for a UI/UX Instructor at DoLab Academy. The UI/UX Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles and tools. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering engaging course content, mentoring students, assessing their progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will also collaborate with the team to refine the curriculum and ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
- Knowledge of design principles including user-centered design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Experience in usability testing, user research, and wireframing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching
- Ability to mentor and guide students through hands-on design projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX industry trends and practices
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or a relevant field is preferred
