Role Description The Processing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for managing citizenship and residency application files from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and verifying client documentation, completing application forms, coordinating with legal and administrative teams, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Processing Officer will communicate with clients and partner organizations to obtain required information, clarify requirements, and ensure timely submission of applications. The role also involves tracking application status, preparing regular updates and reports, and ensuring all processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies. This position requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information. Qualifications
- Strong administrative and documentation skills, including file management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of immigration, residency, or legal processes, with the ability to interpret and follow procedural guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools (e.g., MS Office, document management systems, CRM platforms).
- High attention to detail, accuracy in handling sensitive documents, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer service and client relationship skills, with a professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in immigration services, legal administration, or similar processing roles is an advantage.
