Company Description Hossary Hybrid Intelligence is a technology contractor focused on making AI systems reliable and effective for businesses across the MENA region and for global AI labs. The company audits, fixes, and builds AI solutions, and provides data, evaluation frameworks, and expert teams to support model training and deployment. Hossary operates on two horizons: implementing practical AI tools for today’s business needs and building the infrastructure for next-generation Arabic and English AI, including evaluation data, RLHF, and testing environments. Its hybrid approach combines human domain experts with scalable AI systems, delivering fixed-scope, fixed-price projects where clients fully own the solutions built. Based in Cairo with global delivery capabilities, Hossary works in both Arabic and English natively. Role Description This is a full-time remote Internship Trainee role designed for individuals interested in applied AI, data, and operational workflows. The trainee will support project teams by preparing datasets, documenting processes, reviewing outputs from AI systems, and assisting with quality assurance and evaluation tasks. Daily activities may include researching domain-specific topics, drafting clear documentation, organizing project materials, and collaborating with team members across time zones. The role also involves learning internal tools, following structured workflows, and contributing to experiments that test and refine AI-driven solutions. Interns will receive guidance from experienced practitioners, with opportunities to develop practical skills in AI operations, data handling, and client-focused delivery. Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including the capacity to understand new domains and summarize information clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Comfort with technology tools and workflows, including basic familiarity with spreadsheets, collaborative platforms, and structured documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time reliably, and follow detailed instructions and project guidelines.
- Interest in AI, data, or software-related fields; coursework or self-study in computer science, data science, linguistics, or related areas is beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability to commit to full-time
