About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing , with a proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth—preferably within the furniture or interior design industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and optimize SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEM campaigns (Google Ads)
- Manage website performance and optimization using WordPress (content, SEO, UX improvements)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
- Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Retargeting)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM focused)
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Google Certification (Ads / Analytics) is preferred
- Experience in furniture or interior design industry is highly preferred
- Experience within the luxury and lifestyle sector is preferable
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (SEO optimization, content management)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO & website optimization
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
