Sr.Site Architect

Reporting To: Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Review project documents related to architectural internal and external works.
- Conduct site inspections for architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Review and approve technical submittals, including:
- Shop Drawings
- Method Statements
- Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Material Submittals
- Samples and Mock-ups Inspection of Construction Works: External Works
- Aluminum and glazing systems
- Composite wall panels
- Metal-framed skylights
- Exterior stone cladding
- Louvers and shading systems
- Signboards and illuminated façades
- External painting works Internal Works
- Masonry works
- Plastering works
- Waterproofing and thermal insulation
- False ceilings
- Flooring works
- Joinery and wooden works
- Aluminum and PVC works
- Internal painting works Landscape Works
- Unit pavers
- Fences and gates
- Tent structures
- Water features and pools
- Landmarks and signage
- Site furniture
- Artificial turf installation Additional Duties
- Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- Minimum 8+ years of working experience.
- Previous experience in a Consultancy firm is preferable.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
