Requirements:
• CCNA is a must
• Linux is a must
• Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems
• Knowledge of VoIP
• Good knowledge of Asterisk
• Strong testing skills, including UI/UX testing
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web/social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting is preferred
Job Description
• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the VoIP system
• Test our Social Media Solution (integrations, messaging, and features) before each release
• Test our Mobile Applications on Android and iOS devices
• Write test cases, report bugs, and follow up with the development team until they are fixed
• Add network users and manage company permissions
• Troubleshoot VoIP network issues
• Analyze and upgrade network security systems and protocols
• Handle customer inquiries and support Job
