Key Responsibilities
• Supervise fieldwork, ensuring adherence to engagement scope and timelines.
• Review team deliverables and ensure findings are well-supported and value-adding.
• Coordinate with client contacts to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
• Identify improvement opportunities in client processes and suggest additional areas of support.
• Support managers in preparing business proposals and presentations.
• Coach and guide junior team members during engagements. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of internal audit, compliance, or risk consulting experience.
• Knowledge of COSO, ISO, and internal audit methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
