Role Description The English Language Instructor will deliver engaging, learner-centered English lessons to groups and individuals, following the organization’s curricula and teaching standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will facilitate interactive classroom activities, support learners with varying proficiency levels, and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance teaching quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, requiring consistent classroom presence and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching skills.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Education and curriculum implementation.
• Candidates should possess solid Writing skills for creating materials, reports, and learner feedback.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear, professional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.
• Experience teaching English to diverse age groups or proficiency levels is preferred.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use modern teaching methods, and integrate technology into lessons.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and ongoing professional development.
