The platform includes a dedicated mobile app for agents, helping teams stay connected and productive in the field. A fair, scalable commission system supports growth with internal teams and external brokers. We serve real estate organizations seeking streamlined operations and transparent, data-driven workflows. Role Description The Senior Frontend Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining user-facing features of our real estate management platform. This role involves translating product requirements and UX designs into performant, accessible, and responsive interfaces, while ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new frontend components, optimizing existing code, collaborating with backend developers and product designers, reviewing code from colleagues, and maintaining high standards for quality and security. The Senior Frontend Developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, improve development workflows, and mentor other team members on best practices in modern frontend development. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with experience building modern, user-centric web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Web Development and Software Development fundamentals, including clean coding practices, testing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs to effectively integrate frontend features with server-side services.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and component-based architectures.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS platforms or real estate/proptech products is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
