About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Electrical to join our factory team and ensure the reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong Electrical Engineering background, hands-on maintenance experience, and preferably previous experience in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skin Care, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, control systems, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment. Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime. Monitor maintenance activities and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Identify recurring electrical problems and implement effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth production operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment performance. Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines and electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. Supervise and guide technicians when required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance. Previous experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skin Care, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Good understanding of control panels, motors, sensors, PLCs, and electrical control systems. Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions. Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work on-site at our 6th of October factory. Why Join Us?
