• Strong maintenance and repair skills, with experience in smartphone and mobile device Maintenance & Repair.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site customer support and mobile device servicing.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform preventive Maintenance and follow technical procedures and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead technician role in mobile or electronics service is preferred.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail service environment.
