Role Description The English Instructor role at Be Fluent is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for learners of varying levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves supporting learners’ confidence in using English, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with the team to improve teaching methods and course content. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Education, including lesson planning and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to develop learning materials and provide clear feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Relevant academic background in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching English as a second or foreign language is highly beneficial.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.
