Location:
Egypt or Jordan based candidates Setup: Remote / 5 working days Contract Duration: Initial 12-Month Contract We are looking for two experienced Agentic AI Engineers to join our team on a fully remote, initial 12-month contract. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry and a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and enterprise-grade generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, executing tasks, and interacting with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to support complex business processes.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Implement tool calling, function calling, and API integrations to extend AI agent capabilities.
• Develop secure, scalable, and reliable AI applications aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Apply responsible AI practices, including security, access control, guardrails, and content safety.
• Evaluate and optimize agent performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Create technical documentation, reusable components, and deployment pipelines. Required Skills and Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, including agent development, model integration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, and context management.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and integrating enterprise data sources.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building REST APIs and integrating external tools and services.
• Experience with Azure AI services and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, tool use, function calling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, observability, testing, and production monitoring.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
