Role Description We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 1:3 years of B2B sales experience to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in accelerating and closing deals with qualified leads while actively generating new business opportunities, with a strong focus on our digital solutions. Job Responsibilities
• Manage and accelerate the full sales cycle for qualified leads — from initial discussions to successful deal closure.
• Conduct needs analysis to deeply understand customer business challenges and recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals to decision-makers.
• Proactively generate new qualified leads through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events (with focus on the industrial and manufacturing segments).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Track and update all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately using our CRM system. Qualifications
• 1:3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong track record in selling software solutions, ERP systems, or digital/ICT solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Experience working with CRM software and structured sales methodologies.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
