Sales Onboarding Specialist CIRCLNA
· Cairo (hybrid + field visits)
· Full-time Hi, we're CIRCLNA 👋 We're an Egyptian startup building one home for short stays, hosting, local services and experiences. We're starting with local "circles" in the places people love most: Zamalek, New Cairo, Sahel, Dahab and more. What makes us different is trust. Every guest verifies their identity before their first booking, and every booking comes with a signed contract. Hosts get a clear, fair commission and simple tools for their bookings, calendar and income. Guests get great stays and everything that goes with them. After Egypt, we're heading to Saudi Arabia in 2027. We're small, we move fast, and every early teammate shapes how CIRCLNA grows. Your role You'll be one of our very first hires. You'll bring hosts and property managers onto CIRCLNA and help get their homes live before launch. Our goal is 4,000 live listings by the end of February 2027, and you'll play a big part in getting us there. What your days will look like
- Finding hosts and property managers on online pld out in the real world (buildings, compounds,brokers)
- Telling them about CIRCLNA by phone, WhatsApp anem on board
- Collecting each home's details, photos, prices and the owner's written OK, then getting it live
- Helping property managers bring their whole port
- Keeping your pipeline tidy every day: contacted, meeting, signed, live
- Sharing what hosts tell you with our product and
- Visiting homes around Cairo and New Cairo, with the odd trip to Alexandria and Dahab You might be a great fit if you
- Have 1–3 years in sales, real estate, tourism orl broker, hotel sales, or a short-stay host orco-host all count)
- Love talking to people, on the phone and face tow you down
- Speak excellent Arabic and good English
- Are organised: you follow up on time and keep cle Sheets
- Know Cairo's rental areas. A network of owners or brokers is a big bonus
- Have a smartphone and laptop, and enjoy being ou What you'll get
