Job description
Prolingua Bridge is a language and training academy that prepares graduates for careers in the BPO industry. We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to assess graduates after their training and guide them from readiness assessment through interview and placement.
About the role
You will manage each candidate’s journey end to end, keeping accurate records at every step and working closely with employer partners. Responsibilities
• Conduct graduation mock interviews and call-handling simulations using our approved framework and scoring rubric
• Communicate with candidates about readiness status, eligibility, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• Prepare and format CVs and candidate profiles for submission to employer partners
• Coordinate interview opportunities with employers and capture structured feedback
• Track eligibility, readiness, submissions, and outcomes in the CRM/ATS
• Run 30/60/90-day check-ins with placed graduates and log retention outcomes
• Escalate candidate concerns to the TA Lead following the escalation process Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, career services, or BPO training/operations
• Fluent English and fluent German or Spanish
• Strong interviewing, written communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working remotely with CRM/ATS and video-interview tools
