About the Role
Extrucoat is looking for an HR Generalist with experience across recruitment, training, performance management, and personnel processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct job and task analysis, update existing
job description
s, and write descriptions for new roles.
• Gather training needs and coordinate the delivery and evaluation of training plans.
• Coordinate periodic and annual performance reviews and summarize the resulting training needs and recommendations.
• Review payroll data, incentives, and personnel records for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare HR reports and share relevant findings with the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of HR experience, including experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, and personnel processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills.
• A law degree is preferred.
