Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Belong is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, presenting tailored technical solutions, and demonstrating product capabilities. The Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver product presentations, support technical evaluations, and respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate information. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams, providing pre
- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring a smooth transition from solution design to implementation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends to support effective client engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design solutions and address technical issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and support the sales cycle.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in a client-facing technical role, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with common business and productivity tools are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities and priorities is important.
