Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Haram / Dokki) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The role involves promoting Pharco’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals through regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, ensuring accurate and ethical product information is communicated. The Senior Medical Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, manage a designated territory, and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include organizing appointments, delivering product presentations, monitoring competitor activities, and providing timely reports on sales performance and market feedback. The role also includes participating in medical events, coordinating with internal teams, and upholding compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and product promotion.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess a solid background in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand and explain pharmaceutical products accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative, ideally at senior level or in a similar role, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned Giza territory (Haram / Dokki).
