Role Description The BIM Engineer will work on-site in Heliopolis in a full-time capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage Building Information Models for various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, coordinating, and updating BIM models, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with project standards. The role involves close coordination with architecture, civil, and MEP teams to resolve clashes, optimize designs, and support project delivery. The BIM Engineer will also assist in maintaining BIM documentation, implementing best practices, and supporting project stakeholders with technical guidance. Qualifications
• Possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
• Possess skills in preparing and reviewing construction drawings and related documentation.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems within a BIM environment.
• Possess foundational skills in architecture and civil engineering concepts relevant to building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a design or construction environment, preferably in BIM-focused roles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
