• Contact buyers to review their experience with property developers and identify unresolved questions or concerns.
• Assess whether buyers have received clear information and appropriate support.
• Document customer feedback accurately and escalate service issues.
• Coordinate with developer teams to resolve complaints and outstanding requests.
• Follow up with buyers to confirm that their concerns have been addressed. What we're looking for Experience in customer support, customer care, or service quality, with examples of resolving complaints and following cases through to resolution. You should be a careful listener, a clear communicator, and confident handling difficult conversations. Real estate experience is preferred. Apply with your resume outlining your relevant experience.
